Nutcracker Ball
An elegant evening of fine food, dancing, and auction of handcrafted nutcrackers, kicks off the Southwest Virginia Ballet’s Nutcracker season!
SVB's 4th Annual Nutcracker Ball takes place on Saturday, November 19th at the Hotel Roanoke. The festivities begin with a cocktail reception from 6:00 until 7:30. Dinner and dancing to the music of Johnny Hott’s Piedmont Souprizes will follow from 7:30 until 11:30. SVB dancers will perform excerpts from the 
Nutcracker and ring in the Holiday Season with a Reindeer Dance.
The highlight of the evening is the auction of handcrafted nutcrackers created by a talented group of local artists. Past creations include an assortment of Santas and kings, a cook, a Scotsman, a robot, a dragon, and a cat. You can view them in the SVB Nutcracker Gallery.
Table sponsorships are available for $1,200, which includes a table for 10, recognition at the Ball and in the Ball program, ads in all production programs for the SVB season, two tickets to The Nutcracker and two tickets to The Firebird & 3 New Works.
